Claims

Claims are handled by the administrator named in your contract, not by Silver Creek. Call the claims number printed on your contract or ID card. Get approval before any repair starts.

Emergencies

If you smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide, leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 first. For a vehicle, get to safety first. Call the plan after everything is safe.
